Afin de la r\u00e9ussir avec brio, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de\n1ARC2 ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi de mani\u00e8re collective \u00e0 une d\u00e9finition de citoyen que chacun\nd\u2019entre nous peut reprendre et faire sienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de\nla France ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 celle de l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont mis en commun leurs id\u00e9es\net r\u00e9flexions sous la forme d\u2019un sch\u00e9ma dont vous trouverez ci-dessous deux\nexemples et sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition suivante&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Un <strong>citoyen <\/strong>d\u00e9signe toute personne \u00e2g\u00e9e d\u2019au \nmoins&nbsp; 18 ans et ayant obligatoirement la nationalit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise. Il a \ndes droits comme le droit de vote et des devoirs comme celui de \nrespecter la loi et de payer ses imp\u00f4ts. Il peut s\u2019investir dans la vie \npublique en cr\u00e9ant ou en adh\u00e9rant \u00e0 un parti, une association, etc. Il \ndoit respecter les valeurs et principes de notre D\u00e9mocratie ainsi que \nfaire preuve de qualit\u00e9s morales envers les autres, afin de faire de \nnotre pays une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 harmonieuse et fraternelle.
